Reinforced Paracord Ring Hitch
paracordguild.com have come with tutorial to make a better ring hitch knot. More information here: http://www.paracordguild.com/better-ring-hitch-knot/

Text from YouTube:
The ‘reinforced ring hitch’ offers a more secure grip than the common ring hitch, also known as a cow hitch, lark’s head, lanyard hitch, bale sling hitch, etc..

This hitch is shown in the ‘Ashley Book of Knots’ as #1863 http://tinyurl.com/3gpyxao along with several pages of other hitching variations, but this one is particularly easy to show, learn, demonstrate, and put to use with lanyards/fobs.

This knot is also found in ‘The Directory of Knots’ by John Shaw
