First tied while wandering through the National Museum of Iceland (a few weeks back), the Wide Wheat Stalk Braid was inspired by my (original) Wheat Stalk Braid design (see Paracord Project Inspirations). As the “wide” prefix implies, the original book piece is widened with this tying technique and its (typically) alternate “leaves” are made opposite.
